WE THREE QUEENS OF ORIENT ARE

from £4,740.00

This trio of Eurasian Lynxes was borne from my vision to create a sanctuary for peace and serenity amidst a world in turmoil. I feel the Queens capture the enchanting beauty of the Eurasian Lynx and embody a sense of meditation and tranquillity.

At the centre of the sculpture stands the Queen herself, cast in Foundry Bronze using the Lost Wax Method (or Cold Cast Bronze also referred to as Bronze Resin can be ordered). All three Queens are adorned with solid hand carved Bronze Tufts, adding to their regal appearance.

Flanking the central Queen are two other Queens, casting a trio that symbolizes Harmony, Wisdom, and Understanding, as derived from the philosophy of Pythagoras. These two surrounding Queens are cast in Bronze Resin, also embellished with solid Bronze Tufts.

The Queens are elegantly displayed on individual marble square plinths, measuring 150mm x 150mm. To create a sense of serenity, when placed outdoors, I like to elevate them onto additional sleek black 1250mm x 150mm x 150mm plinths arranged in a crescent shape, inviting contemplation and stillness. These stunning plinths can be ordered separately.

My gorgeous muse and inspiration for this sculpture is ‘Petra’, a magnificent 21-year-old Eurasian Lynx residing at the Big Cat Sanctuary in Kent, England. I hope I have done her beauty and grace justice, so her spirit shines through. My aim is that my sculptures will act as a contestant reminder of the importance of protecting these incredible creatures and respecting the natural world.

I will donate 10% of all proceeds from ‘We Three Queens of Orient Are’ and ‘Petra’ to ‘The Big Cat Sanctuary’ to help them continue their incredible work. Please see below for more information.  I urge you to visit their website to see how you can help. Thank you!

The Dimension of each individual Petra Queen are 308mm x 210mm x 230mm
